Warranty Information

Earth Machinery deeply cultivates and perfects agricultural machinery manufacturing, has passed ISO9001 quality system certification, and implements seven quality inspection and factory testing throughout the entire process.

The standard warranty for the entire machine is 12 months, and the load-bearing structural components of the main beam are 24 months. Free replacement and repair of parts are provided for compliance quality issues;

7 × 24-hour after-sales response, original parts in stock supply, strict implementation of national agricultural machinery three guarantee regulations, lifelong warranty traceability for one machine and one file, and standardized warranty services for domestic and foreign customers simultaneously.

After-sales Communication

Customers can submit repair requests through multiple channels, and customer service can register equipment information and conduct remote preliminary diagnosis. After distinguishing between warranty/paid faults, work orders can be assigned;

Synchronize the allocation of original parts in the warehouse, and have after-sales engineers conduct on-site maintenance, debugging, and testing according to the time limit;

After the repair is completed, the customer's acceptance signature is archived. Warranty faults are exempt from all fees, and over warranty equipment is supplied with spare parts at an affordable price;

After the repair is completed, conduct customer follow-up visits, provide synchronous feedback on quality issues to optimize production, record and file the entire process, and ensure the rapid recovery of agricultural machinery operations for domestic and foreign customers.

Quality Check and Shipment Support

Full process quality inspection and control process

The company is equipped with an independent quality inspection workshop and professional testing personnel, implementing a five level inspection system including raw material inspection, process inspection, semi-finished product inspection, finished product inspection, and factory re inspection. Inspection records are kept throughout the process, and one machine and one file can be traced.

Raw material incoming inspection

After the core raw materials such as steel, plow blades, hydraulic cylinders, bearings, and pipes arrive, quality inspectors verify the material certificates, conduct hardness testing, size verification, and appearance inspection. Unqualified raw materials are directly returned to the supplier and production is strictly prohibited.

Process inspection

Set up inspection posts for each process of cutting, bending, welding, machining, heat treatment, and spraying, focusing on checking welding seams, workpiece dimensions, heat treatment hardness, and paint adhesion; Sampling and testing of key load-bearing components, if any deformation, virtual welding, or missed spraying occurs, the workpiece should be reworked immediately.

Special testing of semi-finished products

After the processing of core components such as plow frame, traction main beam, flipping mechanism, gearbox, etc. is completed, they are separately inspected to test the assembly matching degree and eliminate problems such as excessive assembly clearance and component misalignment.

Complete assembly inspection of the entire machine

After the assembly of the whole machine is completed, no-load test run, hydraulic lifting reciprocating test, traction force simulation test are carried out to check for oil pipe leakage, screw tightening, steering and flipping flexibility, and to identify assembly defects.

Final factory inspection

Verify the body number, model specifications, and check the completeness of identification nameplates, certificates of conformity, and supporting tools for qualified complete machines; All inspection data shall be recorded in the quality file and can only be transferred to the packaging workshop after passing the inspection.

Standardized packaging operation process

The products are divided into two sets of standards: domestic spot simple packaging and foreign trade export reinforced packaging. The corresponding packaging specifications are implemented according to the order type:

Clean and tidy up before packaging
Clean the surface of the whole machine of oil stains and iron filings, and wipe off water stains; Install dust plugs on exposed hydraulic joints and threaded holes to prevent dust and rust during transportation.
Protective treatment
Wrap the easily bumped parts (plow tip, rake blade, hydraulic oil pipe) with bubble wrap and thickened rubber pads; Metal exposure is sprayed with anti rust oil, and long-term sea freight products are sprayed with sea freight specific anti rust agents as a whole.
Classification and packaging of accessories
The accompanying manual, certificate of conformity, tool kit, and vulnerable spare parts are individually packaged in waterproof cardboard boxes, labeled with the machine model, and fixed in the designated position of the equipment to prevent loss.
Fixed bundling
High strength plastic steel strips and galvanized steel wire ropes are used to firmly bind the base of the whole machine to the pallet, and corner protectors are added to prevent transportation, loading and unloading, collision, sliding and displacement.
Labeling and pasting
Paste product model, body number, destination, moisture-proof/upward/fragile international transportation label on the outer packaging; Add Chinese and English labels, order numbers, and packing list information to foreign trade products.

Pre loading verification

The warehouse management, quality inspection, and container loading personnel jointly verify the order list, confirm that the equipment quantity, model, and supporting accessories are consistent with the packing list, and check that the packaging protection is intact and undamaged.

Container pre inspection

Open the box and inspect the dryness, damage, nail tips, water stains, and debris inside the cabinet. The damp container should be ventilated and dried in advance, and moisture-proof plastic film should be laid inside the cabinet.

Orderly hoisting into the cabinet

Use forklifts in conjunction with lifting equipment to lift equipment smoothly, following the principle of "heavy items in front of the cabinet, light items behind, large items in the center, and small items filling gaps", and leaving buffer space between equipment.

Reinforcement and fixation inside the cabinet

The bottom of each device is secured with wooden blocks and wedges to prevent slipping, and the side walls of the cabinet are locked with tensioners, steel wire ropes, and container hanging points; The gaps between equipment shall be filled with batten and buffered with foam to prevent bumping, collision and abrasion during shipping.

Closing inventory and sealing of cabinets

After all the goods are loaded, count the quantity again, check the reinforcement points, and take photos to keep the monitoring images; Complete the remaining accessories and documents, close the container door, apply customs seals, record the seal number and synchronize it with the foreign trade documentation department.

Data synchronization and archiving

The packing photos, packing details, seal numbers, and quality inspection reports will be uniformly organized and delivered to overseas customers along with the bill of lading for easy verification and acceptance upon arrival.
